Marriage Records Index

1905, 1908-1933

(More to come)

Transcribed Marriage Records can be found using the "Research" tab on the main menu.  Transcriptions are from the actual records held in the Bay County, Michigan, Clerk's office, which is located in the Bay County Building. Transcribing was done by members of the Bay County Genealogical Society.

There are currently 16,548 marriage records that may contain:

Names of Spouses, Date of marriage license issuance, Date of marriage, Marriage location, Parents of spouses, Occupations of spouses, Residences of spouses, Birthplaces of spouses, Marriage official and his/her title, and Witnesses to the marriage.

The index date column may show that the marriage didn't take place, but the marriage record still has marriage application information.

If transcription errors are found, please inform the Society by using the form below.
